Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nourishlab ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. General

  • We provide only professional, health and wellbeing-focused massage.

  • Our therapists are trained professional remedial and relaxation massage specialists.

  • Please address your massage therapist as you would a physiotherapist, chiropractor, or medical doctor.

  • We reserve the right to change prices and services without notice.

3. Bookings, payments and deposits

  • We offer massage therapy services, including remedial, relaxation, and sports massages. All services are subject to availability.

  • An online booking system allows you to pick a preferred time that suits you.

  • Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance.

  • You will receive an email notification of your booking date and time, along with helpful information.

  • The booking confirmation email includes a link to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

  • You will also receive an SMS reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

  • Payment must be received in full at the time of service.

4. Cancellations & changes to your appointment

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations prior to the 24-hour notice period will result in the deposit remaining as a credit against your account.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations or changes must be communicated by telephone, email, or through the online booking software.

6. If you are running late

  • Please call us if you are running late on 0457 318 382.

  • Due to scheduling constraints, your therapist may still have to conclude your massage at the scheduled finish time.

7. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

  • If we need to cancel your appointment due to the therapist being unwell or unavailable, we will notify you via phone, SMS, and email.

  • We will reschedule your appointment at a convenient time for you.

  • Any deposits made for the cancelled session will be applied as credit to your account. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your deposit upon request.

9. Personal conduct

  • We adhere to a strict code of conduct as outlined by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

  • Underwear must be worn throughout the massage.

  • Any harassment will result in immediate termination of the session and may require police involvement.

  • Towel draping will be used to respect your privacy.

  • Inform your therapist immediately if you have specific covering requirements or need adjustments during your massage.

10. Health conditions

  • For all treatments, you will complete a health record form at the time of booking.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions or medications when scheduling your appointment.  

  • Consult your doctor before treatment if you have high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other medical conditions.

13. Your information and privacy

  • Personal information is treated as private and confidential.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your personal data.
